the room was tiny, with beds more suitable for a dollhouse than an adult. and I was shocked to find such dated furniture, it felt like stepping back to a garage sale from the 70s. i woudl have expected at least a complimentary bottle of water for all this chaos, but, alas! never again! almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

My kids wished for some chairs on the balcony for evening relaxation.

The staff provided exceptional support, assisting with local deliveries like pizza and always accommodating requests such as arranging taxis. Breakfast options were diverse and allowed guests to take their time enjoying meals without feeling rushed. However, some areas of the hotel need updates as signs of age were visible in various spots, and street noise could be disruptive at night, making it hard to relax after a long day.

An unexpected gem in Sparta
Staying at Dioscouri Hotel was delightful—the breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of options. The helpful staff truly made our experience memorable, offering valuable tips and assistance.
However, noise from the busy street was quite disruptive at night, and the absence of chairs on the balcony limited relaxation time after a long day of exploring.

breathtaking views of Mount Taygetos, unique historical charm, artistic ambiance with local culture
The outdated furniture and decor felt like a trip back to the 70s!!! Noise from the busy street kept me awake until the early hours, and I found it frustrating that the air conditioning wasn’t operational at night during warmer months!!!
